What we hold
Your account details, the webinars and recordings you created, and, if you registered for someone's webinar, the details you gave on their registration page.
What deletion removes
Your account, webinars, registrations, attendance, chat and replay access. Chat messages you posted in other people's webinars are anonymised.
What we keep, and why
Invoices and tax records are retained for the period required under Indian law (GST and the Income-tax Act), and security logs for up to 90 days. They are kept without your personal details wherever the law allows.
How it works
Submit the form, confirm the link we email you, and note your reference number. Requests are handled within the stated timeline; you can check the status by reference at any time.
