1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of WebinarX (the "Service") provided by Aiclex Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Aiclex", "we"). By creating an account you agree to them.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the conduct of co-hosts and panelists you invite.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to webinars, recordings and registration pages you create. You warrant that you have the rights to everything you upload and broadcast.

4. Plans, billing and GST

Plans are billed monthly or annually in Indian Rupees, exclusive of GST at the applicable rate, which is shown separately on every invoice. Existing subscribers keep their price for the duration of the current term when a plan's list price changes.

5. Acceptable use

Use of the Service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that breach it.

6. Data protection

Hosts are data fiduciaries for their registrants' data; Aiclex processes it on their behalf under the Data Processing Addendum.

7. Liability

The Service is provided as is. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the registered office's jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction.
