Roles
The host is the Data Fiduciary for registrant data collected through their registration pages. Aiclex Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is the Data Processor and processes that data only on the host's instructions.
Processing
Purpose: running the host's webinars, reminders, replays and analytics. Categories: name, email, phone, attendance and engagement data. Sub-processors: cloud infrastructure, email and WhatsApp delivery providers, listed on request.
Security
Encryption in transit, access controls, audit logging and Indian-region storage.
Assistance
We assist the host with data principal requests, breach notification and deletion within the timelines the DPDP Act requires.
