Cancellation
Cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Access continues until the end of the paid period; no further charges are made.
Refunds
Monthly plans are not refunded pro rata. Annual plans may be refunded within 14 days of the first payment if no webinar has gone live. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Failed webinars
If a Service outage on our side prevents a scheduled webinar from running, we credit the affected month on request.
